This acquisition is in line with PKTRONICS’ external growth strategy aimed at increasing its position by offering innovative electronic and IT components for critical applications.
The highly qualified team of HAMECTROL, thus extends the competences of the PKTRONICS group by its expertise of more than 30 years in the field of Reed Switches, Reed Relays, Proximity Detectors, Accelerometers, Inclinometers and Capacitive Gyroscopes. All product lines distributed by HAMECTROL and in particular LITTELFUSE and MURATA continue of course to be technically and commercially supported.
The main fields of application are automotive, medical, aeronautics and various industrial applications.
