The TSR 1.5E is a series of 1.5 amp switching regulators. This series is presented in a compact open SIP-3 package and complements the existing POL portfolio with a series that focuses on cost-effective design while maintaining excellent quality.
Three output voltages are available: 3.3, 5.0 and 12VDC. The design allows full load operation up to an ambient temperature of +60°C without the need for a heat sink or forced cooling.
Other important features of the TSR 1.5E switching regulators compared to linear regulators are improved output accuracy, lower standby current and no external capacitors.
The TSR 1.5E series is designed for a wide range of applications in many environments and is particularly suited to high volume projects where the series will help to reduce production costs by providing not only a very cost effective but also a reliable solution.
