TRACO POWER completes its range of high performance isolated DC/DC converters.

Traco Power, specialist for electronic converters and power supplies, completes its range of DC/DC converters with a new 300 Watt DC/DC product series. Offered in a shock and vibration proof metal case, this converter is equipped with a heatsink allowing it to operate in natural convection up to +55°c without power derating.

Advantages of the TEQ 300WIR series

The TEQ 300WIR series is a range of DC/DC converters in metal housing with integrated heatsink. This product range is particularly designed for industrial applications where board mounting is not possible and requires rack mounting. The TEQ 300WIR series offers high performance features such as a wide 4:1 input voltage range, operation up to +55°c without derating and +80°c with derating, 92% efficiency (typ), as well as remote controlled ON/OFF functions and output voltage adjustment. These converters have an I/O isolation of 3000Vdc, as well as the possibility to be associated in parallel (up to 3 blocks) thanks to its current sharing function. The TEQ 300WIR series is equipped with all safety features: reverse polarity protection, undervoltage protection, soft start, input protection filter.

The TEQ 300WIR series products are available as 48 Vdc nominal input with a wide voltage range from 18 to 75 Vdc and as 110 Vdc nominal input with an input voltage range from 43 to 160 Vdc. The output voltages offered are 12 Vdc / 24 Vdc / 28 Vdc and 48 Vdc.
