To improve processes and save precious time, MERSEN was looking for a robust, hardened product, connected to the computer network in order to have a document base that is constantly updated.
MERSEN thus chose one of our 22″ PC panels with a PCAP touch panel allowing operators to easily play with the screen and zoom, unzoom, point, select an article, a plan or a simple word document.
The operators being equipped with gloves, PKTRONICS has carried out the calibration of the gloves in order to ensure a good reactivity during the use of our touch screen. The use of the articulated arms allows a landscape or portrait type orientation, thus facilitating the daily reading of documents.
