The fixed and adjustable linear voltage regulators we distribute are available in hermetically sealed surface mount housings. They are designed for military applications.
Ultra Low Voltage Regulators
Ultra-low voltage regulators use latch-up immune Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology and latch-up immune bipolar transistors in SEU at LET = 80 MeV * cm2/mg. The total allowable dose is 300Krad (Si) (condition A) and they have passed the 500Krad (Si) test. ELDRS tests pass up to 100Krad (Si) (Condition D). Our voltage regulators are offered with adjustable and fixed outputs and spatial level screening. Hermetically sealed insulated housings are available as MO-078 and 8-Lead Flat Pack.
